How long does it take to see results on my credit report?
Most members see their first reporting update within 30–45 days of enrollment. Credit score changes depend on individual credit history.
Is CredRises a credit repair company?
No. CredRises is a credit builder membership. We report your membership account to the bureaus as positive payment history. We do not dispute errors or remove negative items.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime by contacting support or emailing support@credrises.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens to my credit if I cancel?
Canceling will stop future reporting. The previously reported history will remain on your credit file according to bureau retention policies (typically 10 years for positive accounts).
