Terms of Service

By accessing or using the CredRises platform, website, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Metric and Motion LLC, the company operating CredRises ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. resident to use our Services.

CredRises provides a credit builder membership platform that reports members' monthly payment activity to major U.S. credit bureaus — Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion — as authorized by the member.

What CredRises IS: A credit builder membership service that reports on-time payment history to credit bureaus on your behalf.

What CredRises IS NOT: - A credit repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) or any applicable state law - A lender, creditor, or financial institution - A guarantor of any specific credit score outcome

CredRises does not provide loans, credit cards, or secured credit accounts. We do not dispute, challenge, or remove legitimately reported negative information from your credit file on your behalf.

To use CredRises, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal U.S. resident
• Provide a valid SSN or ITIN for identity verification and credit reporting purposes
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain a valid payment method on file

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. CredRises is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

One CredRises membership account is permitted per individual. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any limitations is prohibited.

Membership Fees: CredRises charges a monthly membership fee of $9.99 USD (or as otherwise disclosed at the time of enrollment). All fees are stated in U.S. dollars.

Billing Cycle: Your membership fee is billed on a recurring monthly basis on the same date each month. By enrolling, you authorize CredRises to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle.

No Refunds for Partial Months: Membership fees are non-refundable for partial months. If you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time with no cancellation fee by contacting support@credrises.com or through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We will not issue retroactive refunds.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. After multiple failed attempts, your membership may be suspended and credit bureau reporting may be paused.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our membership pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase.

By enrolling in CredRises, you expressly authorize us to:

1. Report your monthly membership payment activity — including on-time and late payments — to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion on your behalf. 2. Share your personal identifying information (name, address, SSN/ITIN, date of birth) with credit bureaus as required for reporting. 3. Continue reporting for the duration of your active membership.

Important Disclosures: - We report both on-time AND late/missed payments. Late payments may negatively affect your credit file. - Reporting timelines vary. New activity typically appears on credit reports within 30–90 days. - We cannot guarantee that all three bureaus will accept or display reported information in the same manner. - Credit bureau reporting is subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and we operate as a data furnisher under the FCRA.

CREDRISE DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC CREDIT SCORE OUTCOME OR IMPROVEMENT. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS VARY BASED ON NUMEROUS FACTORS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Your existing credit history and accounts
• Payment behavior across all your credit accounts
• Credit utilization ratios
• The models used by individual credit bureaus and lenders
• Your overall financial profile

Nothing in our marketing materials, website content, or membership materials constitutes a promise or guarantee of credit score improvement. Testimonials featured on our website reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical results.

CredRises is not a credit repair organization. We do not promise to improve your credit record, credit history, or credit rating.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or use
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Circumvent any security feature or access controls
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our platform
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services
• Create multiple accounts to abuse membership benefits or promotions

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

All content on the CredRises platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CredRises or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CREDRISE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CREDRISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CREDRISE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CREDRISE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be subject to informal resolution. Contact us at legal@credrises.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief for urgent matters.
